CoFlow is a shared space built for calm focus and casual connection — not chaos, clutter, or all-day desk camping. These simple guidelines help keep the space feeling good and running smoothly for everyone who walks through the door.

We're not into micromanaging, but we do ask that members respect the space and each other. Break the rules consistently, and we may have to part ways.

House Rules

Let’s keep things peaceful, productive, and good for everyone.

CoFlow is perfect for deep work, creative flow, and focused sprints — but it’s not designed for full workdays, loud meetings, or setting up shop like it’s your personal office. Pop in, get things done, and leave feeling good.

This space isn’t meant for 9-to-5 life.

1.

Clean up like someone’s coming in right after you.

2.

Dishes go in the dishwasher. Trash goes in the bin. Push your chair back in when you leave. A little care goes a long way.

We love pets… just not in the workspace.

3.

To keep things clean and allergy-friendly, we have a no-pets policy (as much as it breaks our hearts).

The mezzanine is for quiet, solo work. Please take calls and presentations in the phone booths. Conversations and briefly chiming in on a Zoom meeting can be done on the main level.

Quiet zones are sacred.

4.

Feel free to munch, but save anything smelly, messy, or meal-prep-y for home. We want the space to smell like coffee, not microwaved fish.

Snacks are fine — full meals, not so much.

5.

We’ve designed the space with care — no need to rearrange furniture, drag chairs around, or build your dream nook. It’s already cute, we promise.

Leave the layout how you found it.

6.

7.

We’ve got dual monitors, fast Wi-Fi, and comfy seating — so leave your extra screens and oversized setups at home.

You don’t need to bring your home office.

Be kind, be mindful, be part of what makes this space special.

8.

You have a key to a community that values respect, calm, and creativity. Let’s keep it feeling like a place you actually want to come back to.
